In sync with true Indian hospitality, the President and his wife were greeted warmly with hand-woven Pashminas and the traditional Indian Nagara drums welcome ceremony. luxurious TATA Suite was allocated to the distinguished couple, while a team of skilled Chefs created culinary masterpieces, such as German chocolate truffle, mini pretzel, cookie ring and berries accompanied by a handcrafted white chocolate edible miniature art installation and German Riesling. The President’s wife and delegation were also served the traditional Indian thali in peacock enamelled silver- plated cutlery. The Indian delicacies served included Chicken Tariwala, Palak Paneer, and the quintessential Indian dessert, Rasmalai, which the President’s greatly relished and appreciated.
